Swiss Cheese and Grape Salsa
A cool, refreshing spread for crackers, that's perfect for anytime snacking.
Yield: 8 servings
Preparation Time: 10 min; Cook Time: 3-4 min.
Ingredients

chopped pecans, toasted

| 2 |
cups |
diced green seedless grapes
|
|
|
| 2 |
cups |
(8 oz.) finely shredded Swiss cheese
|
|
|
| 2 |
Tablespoons |
minced fresh tarragon or basil
|
|
|
| 3 |
Tablespoons |
prepared honey mustard salad dressing
|
|
|
Directions:
Toast pecans in small skillet over medium-low heat for 3 to 4 minutes; set aside.
Combine grapes, cheese and tarragon; mix in honey mustard dressing. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Stir in pecans just before serving. Serve with whole grain crackers.
