Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

1% milk

| 2 |
cups |
fresh blueberries
|
|
|
| 2 |
Tablespoons |
granulated sugar
|
|
|
| 2 |
drops |
lemon extract
|
|
|
| 1 |
cup |
low fat vanilla ice cream
|
|
|
Directions:
Pour milk, blueberries and sugar into blender carafe; cover and process on Liquify until smooth.
Stop blender, add ice cream, cover and process on Stir until blended.
Serve immediately.
